Katarsis are an experimental rock band from Lithuania, known for their distinctive sound and emotionally-charged compositions.
Made up of Lukas Radzevičius (vocals), Alanas Brasas (guitar), Emilija Kandratavičiūtė (bass guitar) and Jokūbas Andriulis (drums), the band debuted with Vasara Galvoj Minoras , a track that has gone on to become their signature song.
Blending elements of alternative rock, post-punk and indie, Katarsis are known for exploring themes of pain, longing and personal liberation in their music; songs which come to life via the group’s powerful performances.
2024 saw the release of their first EP, Dausos , which allowed Katarsis to further push the artistic boundaries their fans love to hear them explore.
