My Eurofan account
You can create a Eurofan account at any time by visiting the Create an Account page.
Owing to the volume of demand, Eurofan account verification emails may take longer to come through than expected. Please keep an eye on your inbox. You will be contacted and we thank you for your patience.
Create your Eurofan account to register for show tickets and get priority access to ticket sales. We'll soon be adding even more benefits to the Eurofan account.
If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions on the Reset Password page. Nobody from the EBU or Eurovision Song Contest team will ever ask you for your password.
You can close your Eurofan account at any time in the Account page. In the Personal Details tab, scroll down to Account Management and click "Close Your Account".
If you're still having difficulties with your account, please email eurofan@eurovision.com
