Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji lineup revealed

Valentine's Day red will look even more vibrant when paired with a white stripe this 14 February, as we head to Poland for their Eurovision pre-selection Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji!

That Saturday night will see a selection of Polish talent perform for the right to represent their country at the 70th Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna.

One month prior to the big event, on Wednesday 14 January, broadcaster TVP unveiled the initial lineup of eight artists that have been selected to take part in the national final for Vienna, as well as the titles of the songs they'll be participating with:

• Alicja – Pray
• Anastazja – Wild Child
• Basia Giewont – Zimna Woda
• Jeremi Sikorski – Cienie Przeszłości
• Karolina Szczurowska – Nie Bój Się
• Ola Antoniak – Don’t You Try
• Piotr Pręgowski – Parawany Tango
• Stasiek Kukulski – This Too Shall Pass

The broadcaster also teased that they might well be adding a few wildcard options to the lineup, so don't be surprised to see one or two more faces singing for your Saturday night entertainment in mid February!

One thing that TVP were excited to confirm 100%, however, was the voting format that they have decided upon: It will be the duty of the Polish viewers watching at home to decide the winner, with a solely a public vote scoring the Vienna hopefuls.

Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji proved to be a successful format for Poland at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest in Basel.

Justyna Steczkowska won the 2025 edition of the Polish national final and got to represent her country a second time at the Contest following her performance of Sama at Dublin 1995. In Basel, Justyna took Poland to the Grand Final with her energetic interpretation of the epic GAJA, which finished in 14th place.
