Saturday 14 February is when Denmark gets to select its entry for the 70th Eurovision Song Contest in May.

As is tradition by now, Melodi Grand Prix will serve as the Danish national final for Eurovision. In DMGP 2026, eight songs will be presented on an impressive stage in Denmark's grand Arena Nord, located in Frederikshavn.

Anyone tuning in for the evening of Eurovision-themed entertainment can look forward to watching Sara Bro and Alex Høgh Andersen as their hosts for the evening: from the opening number all the way through to the winner announcement and no doubt via some very exciting voting along the way.
